- Ensure that appointments are at a time and location that is convenient to the Client.
- Help the Client to understand the process and answer any questions that crop up along the way.
- Provide appointment notifications and reminders by letter, email, phone or text – whichever suits the Client best.
- Arrange for copies of the Client’s medical records to be procured, where appropriate, and made available to the Medical Expert to help with their report.
- Help arrange Home Visits if that is required.
