Tri Star Medicals Limited is a private limited company incorporated in England and Wales. We act as both a ‘controller’ and ‘processor’ as defined under the General Data Protection Regulation.

We will keep your information throughout the period of time that we work on your matter and afterwards for a period of six years as we are required to do by law.
What rights do you have?
You have a series of rights under the General Data Protection Regulation including the right to access a copy of the information we hold about you. You also have a right to have your information deleted, however this right is overridden where we have legal obligations to keep the information.
