What is MedCo?

MedCo is an organisation established by the Ministry Of Justice to oversee Medical Reporting Organisations (MROs).

As part of their remit to improve standards in the medico-legal sector, they have set MROs a number of targets relating to various aspects of the customer experience.

We monitor these targets monthly.  Here is how we are currently doing:
